Happy, or not-so-happy, Halloween. Why? I think about the sea gulls that live on the beach, or the other migrating sea birds, fish, and marine mammals that could ingest or become entangled by a piece of nylon/balloon remains every time I come across one. And then I think about the ones I don't find.
